In our Gourmet 4 Forks restaurant you can find quality and fresh products, brought the same day from the market, port, greengrocer….

Local cuisine is a delight for the senses, and even more so if the views are spectacular, the furniture is works of art, and if we can show you our cellar.

Choose from the variety of local products we offer as well as one of our culinary menus; our Arantza tasting menu, exclusively designed for midday or our Izu menu, perfect for both dinner and lunch.
